It also includes development finance and reviewing, reporting, and advising on title matters. What you'll need to succeedOur client is seeking a Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with extensive experience in all areas of residential conveyancing, capable of managing matters from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with high-value transactions, complex residential property transactions, lease extensions, and commercial/development finance over residential property are beneficial.
