QED Legal is looking to appoint a residential conveyancing fee earner to a reputable law firm in Greater Manchester.Established in 2017, this firm is a multi-discipline and a leading law firm looking to expand the residential conveyancing team.Working as a fee earner, you are responsible for a volume caseload of residential conveyancing files.You will handle cases from start to finish, handling a caseload of 60-70 files and follow a full conveyancing process.Candidate Criteria

• 5+ Years as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Ability to handle a volume caseload of conveyancing files
• Handle a caseload of 60-70 files independently
• Assistance from a paralegal on the caseload
