This includes handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while maintaining the highest standards of service.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions with autonomy.
• Providing clear, concise legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
• Maintaining and building strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.

About You:The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Extensive experience in handling all aspects of conveyancing matters.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
