Residential Conveyancing SOLICITOR - JDI Legal : Job Details

JDI Legal are currently working with along standing high street firm in North Tyneside who are looking to add to their busy dedicated conveyancing team.

This is a full time role 9-5pm, working from lovely modern new offices and inheriting a transactional caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfers of equity from instruction to post completion.

The ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload autonomously is a must.

The firm are Lexcel and CQS accredited so they will be expected to adhere to policies and procedures required by such accreditations.

The Partners are open to a range of qualification and experience but candidates MUST have a conveyancing background. If you are an experienced conveyancing paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer or qualified solicitor and have a proven track record in residential conveyancing matters, then I would love to hear from you.

A successful candidate will be able to offer a high level of client care and will be expected to participate in networking and promotion of the firm. This role presents a great opportunity for career development and includes an excellent financial package with the potential for a twice yearly discretionary bonus depending upon profit.

Salary is subject to experience.

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
