This role is ideal for technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking to utilise their skills and advance their careers in a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full and varied caseload of sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions from start to finish.
• Deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, including small to medium-sized businesses, high street clients, and high net worth individuals.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing a caseload from start to finish.
• Strong technical skills in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, friendly team environment.
