Job Title: Residential Property Conveyancer (1-5 Years PQE)Location: Central ManchesterSalary: Up to £65,000 DOEHours: Full Time/ HybridThe Firm:Reputable Top 200 law firm in central Manchester looking to expand a busy Residential team.Residential Conveyancing Duties:* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.* Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing ManagerIdeal Residential Conveyancing Applicants:* At least One years PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experienced fee earner within residential property.* To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support* Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files* To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients* Good organisational skills* Eager to progress in your career.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity and the firms, we are working with please contact Millie Ebbrell with a copy of your CV
