Lettings Lister Role Overview: The Lettings Lister will be responsible for generating new lettings listings, conducting property appraisals, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lettings, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a sound understanding of the local property market.
Lettings Lister Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new lettings listings through proactive marketing and networking
- Conduct accurate and thorough property appraisals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate rental terms and agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Lettings Lister Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideally Minimum of 1 years of experience in a lettings role
- Proven track record of success in generating and securing new lettings listings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using property management software and CRM systems
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
