Lettings Lister Role Overview: The Lettings Lister will be responsible for generating new lettings listings, conducting property appraisals, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lettings, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a sound understanding of the local property market.

Lettings Lister Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new lettings listings through proactive marketing and networking
• Conduct accurate and thorough property appraisals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

Lettings Lister Skills and Qualifications:

• Ideally Minimum of 1 years of experience in a lettings role
• Proven track record of success in generating and securing new lettings listings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the local property market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using property management software and CRM systems
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
