Residential Property Senior Associate – London

This successful and friendly central London firm is recruiting within its residential property team. Due to an increase in instructions and clients, this firm is seeking a new hire to bolster its existing successful team.

This firm is in growth mode and is keen to meet a Solicitor with the following experience:

• Residential Property Senior Associate/Associate on the cusp of promotion
• Zone 1/2 Central London experience
• Advising on all aspects of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, etc 
• Experience of working with HNW clients 
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines 
• Following would be advantageous, but not essential
