About the Role:

As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Sales and Purchases: Guide clients through buying and selling their homes
• Buy-to-Let: Assist investors in acquiring rental properties
• Shared Ownership: Navigate the complexities of shared ownership schemes
• Re-mortgaging: Handle refinancing transactions efficiently and effectively
• Specialist Work: Deal with transfers of equity, lease extensions, equity release and overage schemes

Who They’re Looking For:

• Experienced Conveyancer: Minimum 2 years PQE with a proven track record of managing a residential property caseload independently
• Client-Focused: Confident in providing excellent service and guiding clients through their property transactions
• Ambitious: Marketing and business development skills are a bonus but not essential, as you'll inherit an existing caseload
