We're supporting a top 150 national law firm who are looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to support the conveyancing team in their Nottingham office. You will work alongside the Residential Property Solicitor to assist with day-to-day duties as well as support with working on a caseload. This role is perfect for somebody looking to progress their career in residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct assistance to Residential Property Solicitor
• Support with managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Liaise directly with clients and third parties
• Draft and prepare legal documentation related to residential conveyancing
• Support the wider team with general administrative tasks

What we need from you:

• Some relevant experience with residential conveyancing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
