Residential Property Lawyer | 5+PQE

Are you an experienced residential property lawyer looking for more flexibility and a better work/life balance? My client is looking for a Residential Property Lawyer with 5+PQE to join their established team! They're looking to provide a successful candidate with the autonomy to hit the ground running and manage their own caseload effectively.

Traits of a successful candidate:

• Minimum of 5PQE
• Strong background knowledge in Sale & Purchase of leasehold and freehold, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, and Estate/Probate sales
• Proven Biller with statistics.
• Remote working experience is favoured, but not essential.
• A strong communicator while speaking with clients.
• A client centric approach.
