Role: 5 year PQE + Residential Property SolicitorLocation: Outskirts of BanburySalary: £38,000 - £50,000 DOEBenefits: Support Staff, Potential for 1 day Hybrid and on site ParkingWe are looking to speak with an experienced and qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Executive local to the Banbury area, as one of our national clients is looking to base a competent and experienced fee earner in their office, to service the new traditional residential conveyancing files that are coming in.This role comes with the benefit of having your own dedicated support team members such as secretaries and paralegals, but it is imperative that you as the successful candidate can run a full caseload of 40/70 files.The caseload will be traditional Residential Conveyancing matters, as there is a Commercial team on hand who deal with the likes of Plot Sales and large numbers of Newbuilds.If you could be interested in finding out more about this position then be sure to apply with in and then our consultant Stephan Kuhn of Simpson Judge will be in touch to progress your application further.
