A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Residential Property Solicitor to lead and manage its residential property team in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor with proven leadership skills to build and develop a team, manage a high-quality caseload and drive business development initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the department and ensuring continued growth and success.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE in residential property law
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
• Supervisory experience

Skills:

• Leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload while overseeing the performance and development of the team
• Experience in business development and strategic planning to grow the department
