Our award-winning client is a full service law firm, with Legal 500 teams in multiple areas including, residential property, family, commercial, corporate, and employment.Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated residential property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running a property caseload as a London firm.Key Responsibilities:· Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity files,· Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to property matters.· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.· Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile.· Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.Qualifications + Experience:· Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Property.· Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property.· Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.· Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Benefits:· Competitive salary and benefits package..
