Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Conveyancer – 1+ PQELocation: Ipswich, SuffolkSalary: £32,000-£45,000 per annumOur client, a well-established and highly regarded firm in Ipswich, is seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm that values professional growth and offers a strong platform for career progression.The Role: As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. Your work will include:

• Handling registered and unregistered property transactions
• Managing freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
• Dealing with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE
• Confident in handling a broad range of residential property matters independently, with appropriate supervision
• A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently while maintaining high levels of client service
