Job Description:Ignis Care is seeking experienced and skilled Senior Residential Support Workers to lead and support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with the qualifications and drive to help create brighter futures for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the daily operations of the residential home.
• Assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety.
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent (mandatory).
• Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Additional Benefits:

• £60 compensation per sleeping night.
