Residential Surveyor–Starting Salary circa £36,000-£50,000 DOE + Benefits – Norwich, Norfolk

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys for private clients.
• Carry out non-lending valuations, including Help to Buy repayment, Shared Ownership staircasing, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT), and matrimonial valuations.

The Person

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified with experience in RICS Home Survey reports.
• Registered Valuer/VRS qualification is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly to clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
