About the Role We are seeking a motivated Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join the team. If you have a background in construction and a passion for connecting talent with exciting projects, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Conducting interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for both immediate and future requirements.
• Developing strong relationships with candidates.
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
