Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a talent pool of candidates for our wide range of job rolesSource suitable candidates through phone, email, video call, or in-person contactScreen candidates to assess their suitability for the role and organisationPromote our client as an employer of choice within the local and wider UK areaCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and candidates on a daily basisDemonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
