Responsibilities:

• To source, screen and effectively select candidates for luxury retail roles from shop floor to management; able to identify key skills to match our clients’ requirements.
• To network within the UK market to identify key talent for our clients. Nurturing relationships to build a future pipeline of excellent candidates, both in person and online.
• Efficiently use LinkedIn to advertise and head hunt for vacancies.
• Support the UK Permanent team on all administrative duties including job posting, shortlisting job adverts, screening and selection, interview confirmations and follow up rejections, plus other ad hoc admin tasks.
• Strong ambition and desire to hit and exceed targets.

Requirements:

• Confident in being able to speak on phone / Teams, excellent communicational skills
• A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic; with strong motivation and enthusiasm
• Strong proficiency in speaking English
• Able to work under pressure and great at multi-tasking
• Strong Microsoft packages
• Previous experience using Job Boards and LinkedIn as a sourcing tool.
• Excellent organisational skills, enjoys working in fast paced environment
• Able to adapt to changing pace
