Resourcing Advisor – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Housing Association based in West Yorskshire who are looking to recruit an interim Resourcing Advisor to support their team for an initial. This role offers flexible, hybrid working with 3 days in the office and pays £18 - £21 per hour. 

Resourcing Advisor – Housing Association – About The Role:

• Conduct the recruitment process of advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting compliance and ensuring relationship are managed
• Assist in the development of the new recruitment processes and ensure the administration of the recruitment process is efficient and effective
• Act as the key point of contact for recruitment process
• Reviewing data and findings, creating innovative solutions to obstacles and applying corrective actions
• Analysing recruitment data, reporting on key trends 

Resourcing Advisor – Housing Association – What You Need:

• Experience in resourcing/general HR
• Public Sector experience is desirable
• Available at short notice
