Resourcing and Partnerships Officer - 12 months FTC - Lorien : Job Details

You will join one of the UK's leading financial services companies, who have built their success by putting people at the heart of their organisation by identifying and delivering products and services that are right for their customers. The HR team are looking for a Resourcing and Partnerships Officer to support the recruitment of CIDO resources across Third Party, Permanent and Contingent disciplines to meet strategic resourcing objectives, engage with stakeholders and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external resourcing partners.

Main responsibilities

• Line management of third-party resources via Society system
• Primary contact for any operational queries
• Taking responsibility for the management of engagement, managing extensions, leavers processes and on boarding/off boarding for third parties and contingent
• Support the implementation and delivery of recruitment campaigns and events
• Compile service schedules and draft contracts for contingent and augmentation resources

About you:

• Experience maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working closely with Supplier Relationship Managers on procurement and supplier management activities
• Maintain accurate data and deliver insightful MI tracking recruitment
• Experience working across Third Party, Permanent and Contingent disciplines
• A hunger to drive continuous improvement and a high resilience and ability to deliver under pressure to tight timescales
