Duration: Until 31-Oct-24 (Likely will extend)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.50 (£15.13 including holiday pay)
Location: Leavesden, WD25 (hybrid, 3 days in the office and two from home)
Job responsibilities:
- Work to a job description, generating candidate shortlists and ensuring candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/telephone interviewing them against the brief given.
- Assist the recruitment team to generate initial shortlists of candidates utilising various methods of attraction to source candidates.
- Create talent pools of candidates with a focus on diversity.
- Help to manage the candidate relationship and experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Create unique recruitment attraction campaigns for social media, job boards, websites etc to increase attraction across different demographics.
- Own the creation of routine and ad-hoc reports from the recruitment system.
- Use the recruitment system at all stages of the recruitment process and understand trends from the data generated.
- Share knowledge and insight of market trends generously
Shortlisting criteria
- Previous experience in recruitment resourcing
- Experience Microsoft office
- Good customer service interaction skills
