Resourcing Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated Resourcing Consultant to join our clients fantastic team. The role involves managing the end-to-end Resourcing processes, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Resourcing Manager and Director, and alongside a dynamic team, to deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of Doctors.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage a portfolio of Doctors throughout the full cycle of the Medical Resourcing process, meeting set targets.
- Qualify Doctors against thecriteria for each role and respond accordingly.
- Create and maintain accurate calendar notes for Doctors and personal tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with inbox cover for team members during absences.
- Upload documents and maintain the accuracy of the company database.
- Send E Shots for project work and collate results.
- Conduct telephone interviews with new Doctors and present findings to the Operations team.
- Maintain professional relationships with Doctors, offering guidance and support throughout their relocation.
- Utilise template email systems for consistency in documentation and approach.
- Process registration documents and answer any related queries from Doctors.
- Format CVs using advanced PDF software and check references for each Doctor.
- Verify right to work documents and ensure compliance with standards, including DBS ID documents, medical diplomas, police checks, and bloodwork reports.
- Understand and manage the certificate of sponsorship process, including the sponsor management system.
- Create, check, and issue offer letters, contracts, and variations.
- Support with booking resuscitation courses and issuing job offers.
- Coordinate pre-placement shifts, document requests, and mandatory training for Doctors.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodation, and taxi pickups for new Doctors.
- Engage in ad hoc admin and project work, and support with Fire Warden/First Aid duties if interested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar consultative/resourcing role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in database management and document formatting.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements within the medical sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
