Restructure Agent - Oliver James : Job Details

Oliver James are delighted to have partnered with a leader in the credit servicing industry to recruit for a Restructure Agent.

It's important to note that this is initially a 6 Month Contract but does have a strong likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.

What you can expect:

• Contacting arrears customer directly to discuss possible long term sustainable resolutions to the mortgage arrears situation.
• Completion of detailed Standard Financial Statements with Borrowers.
• Carrying out detailed assessments of customers current financial profile and making suitable recommendations.

What you need apply:

• QFA or APA.
• Credit Analysis, underwriting and debt solutions experience.
• Ability to fully assess a borrowers circumstances including analysis of previous payment patterns and assessment of income and expenditure with a view to establishing their current financial profile.
