We are currently seeking a dynamic, part-time Retail Assistant to join our client's team. As a Retail Assistant, you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional customer service skills, while working with a range of high-end designer products. This is a temporary position, offering the flexibility to work between 20-25 hours per week.

?? What you'll be doing:

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing expert advice on our beautiful range of luxury designer goods.
• Maintaining an attractive and well-presented store, ensuring products are neatly displayed and fully stocked.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising our point-of-sale system.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and delighted with their shopping experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate our customers' busy schedules.

• Previous retail experience, with a strong understanding of retail sales principles.
• A passion for luxury designer goods and a keen eye for style and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A friendly and positive attitude, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
