Retail Beauty Therapist - Oh My Cream : Job Details

Position: Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist, Permanent Contract (39 hours/week) with 2 days off.

Location: 24 New Cavendish St, London W1G 8TU

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

Sunday work required (rotating shifts are organized).

• Provide a range of luxury facials :

• Oh My Cream Skincare - Plumping Facial: A complete treatment incorporating facialist techniques, ideal for illuminating, plumping, and smoothing the skin.

• Dermalogica Proskin: A 100% personalised face care made with ultra-concentrated professional products to solve all your skin problems.

• Dermalogica - Hydrafacial Treatment : A treatment combining deep cleansing, advanced exfoliation, and LEDs for transformed skin (only in Marylebone store).

• Tata Harper: A 100% organic cabin experience. Aromatic and ultra-sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue.

• Personalised customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalised service

• Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences

• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages

• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations

• Manage logistics for UK orders from our e-shop, including shipments and returns
