Sunday work required (rotating shifts are organized).

• Personalised customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalised service
• Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage logistics for UK orders from our e-shop, including shipments and returns
