Retentions Advisor

Salary: From £24,000 per annum plus UPCAPPED Commission ?

Location: Rutherglen, Glasgow - Hybrid working Model (2 days on site)

Shifts: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Rotational shift pattern within our opening hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Training: 2 weeks class room training followed with 2 weeks grad bay. ?

This is a great sales opportunity if you are looking to make money!! Bonus is UPCAPPED and agents are making up to £800+ per month.

?This role includes:

Speaking with business customers via inbound and outbound calling regarding their Utilities, phones, broadband and card machines looking to renew or cancel their contracts, building rapport with customers and getting best solutions on all calls and your end goal is to retain customer.

Skills/ Experience needed to be successful:

• Minimum 12 months sales experience

• Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude

• Passionate and willing to learn in a dynamic and fast paced environment
