What you'll do:

As a Reward Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's reward strategy.

• Provide input to the development and communication of the company's reward strategy
• Contribute to the continual review of pay levels, reward policies and processes
• Support senior management in conducting salary benchmarking approach reviews
• Lead specific parts of annual reward and benefits proposals
• Manage specific reward projects to develop specialist solutions in the area of reward and benefits
• Serve as the source of expert Reward advice for HR Business Partners

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Reward Manager position brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of reward management.

• Relevant experience; CIPD qualification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a consulting mentality
• Numerate and computer literate with strong analytical skills; MS Excel and HR systems knowledge desirable
• Effective problem-solving skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines
• Significant breadth of relevant experience in all aspects of reward management
