Frazer Jones are excited to be working with an award-winning global financial services organisation, find them a Reward specialist who can work closely with the Transformation Leads within Reward and HR as they undertake a huge, global, Transformation project!
Because of the transformation project nature of the role, the client is keen to see candidates from the "Big 4" and Reward Consultancies that have worked on similar projects for complex, international clients. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst/Reward Consultant looking to gain inhouse experience.
Working hybrid (3 days in the office) in London this is a two-year fixed term contract initially but with the chance to be extended, with an utterly unique organisation supporting an exciting global transformation and harmonisation.
Duties will include;
Based out of their stunning purpose-built offices, and offering a competitive basic salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Reward professional with a real passion for the transformation, policy, and advisory side of the role.
The role will also see you working closely with the whole HR team and global stakeholders as you work on the alignment of Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures, working closely with the Project Leads on the implementation of policy changes, and communication of these changes.
Although this is within the financial sector, they are happy to consider candidates from other areas as long as you can demonstrate that you have the in-depth understanding of Reward policy and processes, and have worked on similar transformation projects before - albeit not necessarily on the same scale.
