We are seeking a professional with 2-5years experience in the RFP space to join a leading UK Asset manager, to support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for the sales and client service team. This role involves showcasing the firms key investment strategies across various asset classes, including equities, multi-asset solutions, and fixed income.

The role sits within the distribution operations team, which oversees all marketing communications and provides content to drive and support the sales process.

• Collaborate with sales and investment teams to produce high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
• Partner with content owners and subject matter experts to create consistent, compelling, and precise materials.
• Build strong relationships across teams to deepen understanding of investment products and sales strategies.
• Maintain and enhance written content within the RFP database (e.g., Qvidian) and manage external platforms for due diligence questionnaires.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales-related content aligned with organizational goals.

• Proven experience creating RFPs and DDQs for wholesale and institutional audiences.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, including asset classes such as equities, fixed income, property, and cash.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Holding an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or similar qualification is preferred.
