Responsibilities

• Review existing RFP data bank
• Build a library of RFP answers by coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Collecting, drafting and consolidating content for RFP’s and DDQ’s
• Liaising with the business to ensure accurate and engaging content 
• Project management - Managing multiple deliverables with competing timelines
• Brand Management
• Understand company tone of voice and brand standards to amplify in the market
• Process Improvement 

Required Experience

• Previous expereicne in a senior RFP role for an Asset Manager is essential 
• Very strong written communication skills and business acumen
• Previous experience with DOOR would be beneficial and the ability to work autonomously whilst enjoying being part of a team energised to deliver brilliant client experience
