We are seeking an Assoc RICS or RICS-qualified Surveyor and Registered Valuer (VRS) who is looking for a new opportunity in the Property Surveying sector.

Our client, an established residential and commercial surveying firm, are looking for a skilled and motivated surveyor to conduct high-quality valuations and surveys across a diverse range of properties.

Skills required for this RICS Surveyor & Registered Valuer role will include:

• Assoc RICS or RICS qualification (essential)
• Registered Valuer (VRS) status (essential)
• Experience conducting residential and/or commercial property surveys and valuations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
