- Support the Group Head of Risk in the successful implementation of the revised Risk Management Framework, ensuring that responsibility for Corporate and Operational Risks are fully understood, managed and embedded.
- Assist the Group Head of Risk in all aspects of risk operations including risk assessment planning, delivery and reporting.
- Assist the Group Head of Risk to facilitate risk workshops with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Facilitate risk owners and BU leaders to articulate and assess risk and appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Work with the Group Head of Risk to develop key risk reporting across the business including Risk & Audit Board reporting and Audit Committee reporting.
- Act as a critical friend to the business by reviewing and constructively challenging their risk assessments and risk treatments.
- Work with the business to define existing mitigating controls and additional action plans required to effectively manage the risks identified.
- Build close working relationships with risk-responsible managers in each airport or group function to develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships to promote, embed and develop risk management.
- Support the risk-responsible managers in each business area to maintain their Risk Registers, Controls and Action Plans within the approved central Group Risk Management System (CAMMS).
Salary : 60000 - 60000
