Business Risk Partner - Financial Services - London

Rev & Regs are currently recruiting for a Business Risk Partner to work for a leading financial services company based in the City of London.

The role -

• Support consistency of risk identification for the business line/function
• Support consistent identification of risk events
• Manage the business line/function’s control testing plan.
• Define risks and controls against risk categories
• Advise business Senior Management on compliance with risk policies

Requirements for the role -

• Demonstratable experience operating as a risk generalist
• Strong understanding of banking operations
• Strong knowledge of FCA and PRA regulatory frameworks and requirements.
• Proven experience successfully operating and delivering within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written - with experience of adapting style and approach to the audience and the message to be delivered.

Location - London (Hybrid)

Salary - £70,000
