Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Operational Resilience Project by assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans, testing procedures, and severe and plausible scenario analyses
- Provide ad-hoc support on other areas of operational resilience for the Branch.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of business continuity plans to ensure ongoing operational resilience.
- Monitoring and reporting of RCSA/CET, KRI, LED, CIM (Collectively known as ORM Tools) and Incident Reporting into local Governance, HODs, and related stakeholders.
- Work with the HOD to ensure the Branch compliant with applicable rules and regulations that falls within the department's remit. .
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering/Law would be of added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PRMIA, FRM, IRM (Not essential but would be advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communications (in English)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management/people skills
- Previous experience in the banking industry or a related field is preferred but not essential.
