We are working closely with a phenomenal school in Wokingham who are looking for an experienced individual with a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to A Level) to join their team in a Room Lead position. The Room Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the room and will perform an important role caring for children. The Room Lead will be overseeing a Stage 2 room, with children aged from 4-5 years old. The school has an excellent reputation along with positive reviews from staff, making it the perfect place to grow and evolve!

The Ideal Room Lead will be:

• Level 3 or equivalent qualified in a relative subject
• Experienced in a similar role or environment
• Well educated about children's formative stages

Working as a Room Lead will include supporting the students' development through safe, stimulating learning and play, alongside monitoring and assessing their progress. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in delivering fun and creative activities according to the children's needs and interest. The successful Room Lead will also develop good relationships and lines of communication with parents and carers to ensure students are reaching their full potential.
