2 days 8am until 6pm, 2 days 9am until 6pm and 1 day 8am until 1pm

£28k - £29.5k

To be considered for the role of Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) you will have:

• A minimum of a Level 3 childcare related qualification

• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED frameworks

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Motivated, creative and enthusiastic

• A good team player

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking the lead with the planning and implementation of care routines whilst ensuring that the children receive a balanced and extensive curriculum as well as maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues.
• Leading and working as part of a team to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently. Ensuring staffing levels are good and arranging cover when needed.
• Acting as a mentor and providing leadership to junior members of staff
• Planning daily activities, in line with EYFS curriculum
• Observing, assessing, and planning for the children’s individual needs, ensuring their development is continuously monitored and create opportunities for children to progress.
• • Ensuring that the Room is compliant with internal and external policies and regulations
