Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing account summaries for royalty accounts.
• Creating contract summaries.
• Acquiring and preparing royalty statements for analysis.
• Identifying and reviewing anomalies in royalty statements.
• Analyzing large amounts of source data for audits.
• Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Who You AreWe’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a royalties or copyright-related role.
• Understands the basics of royalties and copyright in the music industry.
• Has knowledge of publishing or recording contracts.
• Is comfortable working with large data sets and has strong numeracy skills.
• Has experience using Excel (knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau is a bonus).
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage their time effectively.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment and is eager to learn.
