I am lucky enough to be working with a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Their mission is to help businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency through cutting-edge automation technology.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an RPA Business Analyst for client facing interaction for the RPA software solutions. This may suit a Junior BA in RPA or a Junior BA looking to learn the RPA Solutions.

RPA Business Analyst Specification:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes.
• Identify potential automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Create detailed process design documents (PDD) and other supporting documentation.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for RPA solutions.
• Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Support Development and Testing:
• Assist in the design and development of RPA workflows.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support the creation of test cases, test plans, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a bridge between business users and the RPA development team.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address stakeholder questions or concerns.
• Post-Implementation Support:
• Monitor RPA implementations to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for production RPA bots.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio.
• Experience or knowledge of RPA concepts and tools.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process improvement techniques like Lean or Six Sigma.
