RTA Fee Earner - Minimum 1 year experience - ENVISION PEOPLE LTD : Job Details

Based Central London - Are you a Personal Injury fee earner/Executive with conduct of your own caseload? Do you have a breadth of experience in settling matters?

We are delighted to be working with a ambitious and growing practice with an opportunity for a experienced fee earner with confidence to work their own caseload.

Hybrid Working Available

Responsibilities Include:*Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files

• Updating clients
• Understand and meet targets.
• Understand and comply with the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions.
• Be able to identify issues in advance of Litigation.
• Must be a strong communicator.

Experienced Needed:

• Knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
• Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to RTA claims
• Proven track record in successfully litigating cases through to settlement or trial
• Must be proficient in using MOJ or OIC portal at all stages
• Ability to provide a high level of client care
