The firm are hiring for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA mitigator to join their rapidly growing firm due to continued success and a developing degree of work coming into the firm. The successful candidate will join their RTA department and will deal with a quality caseload of heavily litigated files. The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience –• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE/RTA experience• Extensive knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial• Experience of handling claims arising from RTA Accidents• Excellent client care• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)• Excellent oral and written communication skillsBenefits :• Competitive salary• Home Working• 25 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays)• Excellent career progressionThe firm is at an exciting stage right now, they are expanding due to a continued curve of success.
