The role involves working with new and existing clients to gather requirements, oversee the setup process, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams, including Business Analysts and developers, to coordinate tasks and keep projects on track.What You’ll Do

• Work with clients to understand their requirements and document them accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure systems are set up correctly.
• Oversee the onboarding process from start to finish.
• Manage ongoing client requests for system changes and updates.
• Provide training and support to clients when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is organized and good at managing multiple tasks.
• Experience working in client onboarding, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, you’ll be speaking with clients regularly.
• The ability to work with different teams and ensure tasks are completed.
• Experience in a SaaS or software-related environment
