This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

Would you like to provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services for The BSW ICB locality Safeguarding Team (Adults and Children)?

This role is for a Safeguarding Business Support-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Preparation of agendas and appropriate follow-up actions
• Supporting the team with the management of projects, recording updating data on excel charts
• Gathering information and undertaking enquiries

We're looking for people who can show:

• Level of Education to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
• Administrative/ secretarial exposure to office systems.
