About the Safeguarding Team:The Safeguarding Team plays a vital role in protecting children and young people at risk of harm. As a Social Worker in this team, you will:

• Manage complex cases, ensuring children are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted.
• Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies.
• Work effectively within legal frameworks to achieve the best outcomes.
• Provide timely interventions to prevent harm and improve lives.
• Attend court proceedings and prepare comprehensive reports when necessary.

• What You Bring:
• To excel in this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
• Current Social Care England registration.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding procedures, child protection legislation, and best practices.
• Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
