Field Sales/Account Manager

Location – Based in the South East (London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire)

Contract length – 6-months, possibility of extension

Salary: up to £25 per hour + travel expenses

Responsibilities, though not limited to:

·       Provide technical customer support within an assigned geographic territory

·       Achieve annual sales targets by working closely with the District Manager, Area Manager, and Key Account Managers

·       Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction through excellent service delivery

·       Manages the sales order process from order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner

·       Build effective customer relationships through effective business calls and regular business reviews

·       Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating customer requirements

·       Maintain professional and technical knowledge

Qualifications and experience needed:

·       To have experience in the water treatment industry (ideal but not essential)

·       Laboratory / scientific background

·       Account management experience

·       Confident in carrying out tests and quantify levels

·       Using field-based test kits
