Job Title: Sales Administrator (Bus and Coach) 

Salary: From £25,000 plus an excellent benefits package 

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

In this role you will:•    Manage all administrative tasks related to the end-to-end sales process of buses and coaches.•    Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on vehicle progress.•    Generate purchase orders, process invoices and follow up to confirm timely payments.•    Maintain and update vehicle stock records, ensuring registration aligns with scheduled deliveries.•    Coordinate with workshop teams to relay relevant information and confirm that required repairs and preparations are completed.•    Prepare and complete all necessary handover documentation to support sales managers in delivering a seamless customer experience for new vehicle acquisitions.
