Sales Administrator - German SpeakingRotherham£24,000 - £28,000 + Benefits

Role Profile

Our client, who is a growing business are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work out of their operation in Rotherham. Working as part of an established Sales Admin team, you'll be responsible for covering all tasks for the sales ordering process relating to customers based in Germany. You will work Monday to Friday, typical office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership and responsibility for the customer experience, ensuring excellent service is delivered consistently.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries/orders
• Communicate regular updates to customers, proactively working with them to provide exceptional service.
• Provide Admin support for the Sales Engineers.
• Placing orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries and deadlines.
• Communication with suppliers, customers and Sales Engineers.

Key Skills

• Strong English and German language skills is essential as you will exclusively manage German accounts
• Proven experience working in a similar role
• Experience or understanding of SAP would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal in both English & German
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
• A natural problem solver
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and processes at the same time
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
