Our client is an award-winning business who provide specialist products and services and due to expansion, they are now looking to expand their operations team and would like to recruit an Operations AdministratorAs an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting a successful sales team with the on boarding of new clients
- Sales administration
- Cross checking and verifying Sales orders vs rates and contracts. Approve and decline where required.
- Monitoring the Sales Operations email inbox and taking responsibility for action or sign posting all emails
- Process improvement – looking at areas where processes can be improved internally.
- Checking and validation of new sales opportunities
- In conjunction with Marketing, validate, maintain, and cleanse data.
- Data analysis which will then be reported to management to improve areas of the business and monitor trends.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure sales verification and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting with streamlining the sales processes
- Onboarding and administration of 3rd party applications. Co-ordinating training and adoption, monitoring usage and success.
- Sales analytics and MI - providing sales leaders with complete, simplified, unified and consistent information to facilitate their leadership roles.
- Capture, collate and manage all requests for change to systems.
- To meet and greet visitors.
- To support the business with various projects
- To complete all round administration

- Previously worked in a sales support role or have good administration skills and experience.
- Will have driven and determination.
- Will be well organised and self-motivated.
- Will have strong communication skills.
- Will have a creative mind and be inquisitive.

- Will have a good eye for details and attention to detail.
- Will be fully competent in using MS Office especially Word and Excel.
- Educated to tertiary level with minimum GCSE in English, Maths and Science. Or any degree level education will be good to have.
