We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client based in Heybridge, working within an early year’s environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Booking nursery tours for prospective families, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Chasing leads and following up with potential clients, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly.
- Engaging with local community groups on social media to promote the nursery and generate interest.
- Converting leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the benefits of our nursery to prospective parents.
Administration:
- Sending out paperwork to customers, senior managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering telephone calls and providing excellent customer service to all enquiries.
- Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A confident user of social media platforms for community engagement.
- Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine interest in early years education.

The role is office-based working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The client is paying a competitive salary between £24,000-£26,000 per annum depending on experience.
The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual with a passion for early years and a strong background in sales & administration.
